• Lazy ML — compilation of pattern matching and parallel implementation — ; strategies in Term Rewriting Systems; concurrent and distributed languages (see publications). And, more recently, weak memory models.
• Main developper of the new JoCaml system, coordinator of the diy testing suite.
• Author of H^EV^EA, a fast LaTeX to HTML translator.
