I am PhD student, I work on the modeling of cell signalling network induce by FSH. I have a mathematical background and I like biology.
 
My first model deal with the different forms of FSH-recepteur and the reactions induce in the cell... I do boolean, temporal analyses in Biocham...
 
I have improved this first model, fit data...  and I  now near to get a little quantitative model of GPCR-activated MAPK ERK !!!
 
I am an ASC of INRA Nouzilly (37) and I am working in the AgroBI project named INSIGHT.
