Read the article and reproduce the model illustrating figure 2b.
If you want to use the notation described in the paper, you will get a warning for the names Vm1 and vm1, however Biocham correcly differentiates upper and lower cases.
Also, if you decide to use "macros" to define
the functions vm1, vm2,... , make
sure you write the variables (or species) in brackets.
For example:
macro(v1,k1/(J1+[S1])).

You can double check your model by comparing your equations
to the ones of the article. To do that, type the command "show_kinetics.".
Like in the paper, try several values of ksd2. Explain what you observe and
what scenario of entry in the cell cycle or in apoptosis we have according to
the different values of ksd2.
