Known bugs

• There is a doubt about the correction of URIs such as http:foo.html. Are they legal ? If so, are they relative or absolute ?
• An unclosed delimiter (" or ' in an attribute value) will pollute the display of the next document.
• Cancelling a save decrements the pending fileinputs counter, but it shouldn't. Breaks tachymeter, but that should be all.
• External mailto: is broken is this release ! Forgot the "-s" argument...

• Destroying a window with active connexions will cause fatal_error
• <A> cannot be both HREF and NAME
• text/plain viewer lacks many features of text/html
• Not possible to retry a failed "save"
• Navigation on documents with fragment is not practical

• Clicking too fast on an anchor in a document no fully loaded may result in Fatal_error("no anchor tag found or stored")
• External MAILTO may fail because of address syntax
• Unclosed quotes cause Out_of_memory
